Diamond Community Programs

There is no advertising with the Diamond program for yourself and your members. All Diamond communities are eligible for both the Aimoo Showcase and the Aimoo Star Communities. Any member at a forum can donate as few or as many as they wish to the forum. Of course, the forum owner/ admin can set the minimum donation amount. You can have a lot of different people donate to share the cost of the services, making it even more affordable for everyone.

FAQ:
1. If I purchase the service($5/20,000/400M) for a month, what happens if my board receives beyond 20,000 Pageviews a month?
If your board gets beyond 20,000 Pageviews, your community will revert back to free board, ftp connection will be disabled and ads will appear on the community, the only way to completely remove the advertising from your community for both yourself and your members is to renew your Diamond community.

2. If I purchase one-month Diamond community service on March 1st, but after a month, there may some pageviews left, do my unused pageviews roll over to the next month?
Please attention: Unused pageviews from one month do not roll over to the next month. If you purchase one month Diamond community service on March 1st, the service will be expired on April 1st even though there are some pageviews left.

3. What happens if I purchase before the expiration date?
The date will be extended and the amount will be accumulated. e.g., if you have purchased a Diamond community for a month on April 1st, and then purchased one more month on April 10, as long as your pageviews don’t exceed, the expiration date is June 1st

4.If our Network Hard disk storage space is full, so I cannot upload any more images via FTP connection, what should I do to make FTP upload available?
Owner/admin need to delete any unwanted files or download some files from the Hard disk so that there is much space for members to upload FTP files. If you need more space, you could purchase other Diamond community services which contain larger image space storage next term.

5. As for Network Hard disk space, what happens if my community goes back to free community?
All your files in the Hard disk will be remained, but ftp connection will be disabled.

6. Except images, can I upload other file attachments through FTP ?
Sure, you can upload other files such as Microsoft word, excel.
